PRINTMIX Dosing pumps
Non-electric PRINTMIX, dosing pumps
Here at GRISO Chemie AG, we market the unique Dosatron dosing pumps throughout the whole of Europe. We analyse your requirements and then offer you a customized solution. Even after installation we are there when you need us and take our responsibility to offer support very seriously. We solve any adverse effects during commissioning and when in operation. If necessary, we can also organise accessories and spare parts.
Dosatron is market leader the world over
Founded in 1974, the Dosatron company has based its development on future-oriented technology. Today, Dosatron is the generally recognised market leader in the field of non-electric proportional dosing and ISO 9001 certified by the French Association for Quality Control (AFAQ). Dosatron intends to further expand its leadership role as an international pathfinder.
Highly accurate dosing
The non-electric proportional doser is a simple, practical system, which has proved itself for over 30 years in around a hundred countries. This doser works without electric current and is easily connected to a water pipe. The water pressure is then used as the driving force. As soon as the doser is activated, it sucks in the concentrate, applies the required percentage and homogenises it with the drive water in the mixing chamber. The solution produced in this manner is then fed into the water pipe. Once regulated, there remains nothing more to do on the doser in terms of adjustment or external controls.
Even if any fluctuations in pressure or throughput arise, dosing of the product that has been introduced remains constant and in strict proportion to the water quantity flowing through the doser. This highly accurate dosing excludes any risk of overdosing and therefore contributes to environmental protection.
• Phase 1 (left-hand illustration):The piston B is moved through the water infeed A causing the solution to be output C. Simultaneously, the dosing piston D sucks in the product and injects it into the homogenising chamber. In the upper stroke position, the inlet valves 2 open and the outlet valves 1 close.
• Phase 2 (right-hand illustration):
The piston Bmoves upwards and part of the solution is delivered into the homogenising chamber. In the lower stroke position, the outlet valves 1 open, the inlet valves 2 close and the cycle begins all over again.
PRINTMIX product range
The product range of dosing pumps ranges from an operating water throughput of 7 litres to 60,000 litres per hour. The dosing pumps are divided into different specifications. Once you have determined the maximum necessary water throughput, you can see in what range dosing is possible. Several different pumps and dosing amounts are offered per maximum water throughput so you are bound to find the right one to suit every case. The dosing pumps that are underlined are available individually, but the others have a minimum order quantity of 5.
Options:
- The Dosatron proportional doser is available in 2 sealing versions: VF seals for acidic and AF seals for alkaline products.
- PVDF is also available as a housing material for aggressive media.
- Product suction hose as viscosity version for viscose liquids.
- The D25 and DI ranges have the option of a bypass switch, which can be used to turn the suction system on and off.
- External injection (IE) is available as an option for the D200-D400-D310 range
